(Senior) ERP Consultant (m/f/d) Finance

• You accompany our customers in the successful introduction of our Finance module and support them in making their financial processes future-proof and efficient. You will advise on topics such as financial accounting, asset accounting, and cost accounting.
• You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and develop tailor-made solution concepts that meet both the functional requirements and the individual company goals of our customers.
• As a sparring partner at eye level, you conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and requirements analyses, moderate the exchange between the business department and IT, and ensure the successful implementation of project goals.
• You independently implement our software solutions at the customer's site and ensure that the systems are optimally aligned with the respective business processes.
• You enthuse users for our solution, plan and conduct training sessions and courses, and support customers in leveraging the full potential of our Finance module.
• You remain an important point of contact even after go-live, accompany the further development of the solution, and support our customers in the continuous optimization of their financial processes.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training as a finance or balance sheet accountant, or alternatively a degree in business administration or business informatics
• Several years of practical experience in financial accounting
• Experience in asset accounting and cost accounting are a big plus
• Experience as a key user, part-time or project manager in software introductions or release changes is a big plus
• Very good German spoken and written skills as well as confident presentation skills
• Practical knowledge and confident use of MS Office as well as an affinity for digital tools (such as Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• SQL knowledge is a plus
