Senior IoT Development Engineer (all gender)

We are looking for an experienced development engineer for IoT devices at our customer's location in Taufkirchen.

Tasks

• System architecture and integration: Design, validate, and implement overall concepts for IoT devices (sensors, electronics, mechanics, firmware)
• Sensor selection and qualification: Analyze, select, and integrate suitable sensors considering electrical, mechanical, and thermal requirements
• Technical requirements definition: Define vibration resistance, tightness, environmental conditions, etc.
• Partner management: Collaborate with external development partners and suppliers (mechanics, electronics, etc.)
• Testing and validation: Plan and perform system and integration tests together with the testing engineer
• Error analysis and improvement: Evaluate field feedback and derive technical optimizations
• Dokumentation: Document integration and validation results

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• 3+ years of professional experience in system integration, product development, or testing of device and sensor systems
• Experience with sensor integration (selection, calibration, signal processing)
• Basic understanding of mechanical design (materials, tightness, vibration)
• Structured work approach and ability to systematically solve technical problems
• Good knowledge of German and English in writing and speaking
• Experience in the IoT, automotive, or industrial field
• Knowledge of validation, test planning, and testing methods
• Experience in collaboration with external development partners
• Knowledge of protocols or energy management
