Your tasks

• Participation in the introduction and establishment of an Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)

• Application and implementation of best practices for setting up an EAM organization within a team of architects

• Participation in the introduction of TOGAF as a central framework, including adaptation to specific company needs

• Conceptualization and realization of business and IT goal architectures (data, applications, technology) within the scope of end-to-end architecture design

• Analysis of complex questions (as-is) and development and design of solution options (to-be)

• Definition of roles and responsibilities and promotion of architectural competence through targeted coaching and training

• Integration of EAM with adjacent IT domains such as IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or Demand Management

Must-have requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in implementing Enterprise Architecture in companies of different size and complexity

• Proven success in applying TOGAF from the status quo to the implementation of governance models and EAM tools

• In-depth knowledge of EAM frameworks (TOGAF) and corresponding methodologies

• Proven success in end-to-end architecture design along the ADM phases A-E with high expertise in phase B (Business Architecture)

• Ability to present complex issues at C-level and provide target-group-oriented communication

• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking

Can-have requirements

• Enterprise architecture modeling with ArchiMate

• Outstanding change management and stakeholder management skills

• Conceptualization and realization of business and IT goal architectures at a high level of complexity
