Job Description:
- The Senior Enterprise Architect will support and oversee the technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business strategy and technical architecture.
- This role defines and maintains the enterprise architecture framework, promotes architectural principles, evaluates technologies, and guides large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to complete required background checks.
- 8+ years leading cross-functional agile product teams.
- 5+ years architecting, managing, and maintaining technology platforms.
- 8+ years assessing requirements across business, application, technology, data, security, and privacy domains.
- 7+ years documenting application architectures in a large enterprise environment.
- 7+ years planning, designing, implementing, and supporting platform solutions in an enterprise environment.
- 8+ years experience providing leadership, planning, estimating, and presenting technical solutions.
- Experience developing and maintaining enterprise architecture (EA) frameworks.
- Experience aligning technology with business strategies.
- Experience guiding transformation projects and establishing architecture governance.
- Experience evaluating and recommending technologies.
- Experience supporting solution architects and engineering teams.
- Experience in cost optimization and managing technical debt.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Translate organizational needs into technical architecture vision and strategy.
- Assess current-state architecture and build target-state roadmaps.
- Guide large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Model business processes, capabilities, and data flows.
- Support risk management, security, and compliance activities.
- Provide direction to solution architects and engineering teams.
- Support optimization of systems, services, and infrastructure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model as required.
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
