Senior Engineering Project Manager

Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Must be registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologist. Must have 8-10 years of post-qualification experience within the built environment. Must have experience and proficiency in the use of CAD and relevant software for design and simulation. Must be able to manage projects through the full life cycle. Must have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Must have a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Must be able to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects. Must have experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Must be able to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Must have a strong commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
