Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to operate at the intersection of solution architecture, disciplined project delivery, and people leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade internal applications built on the .NET ecosystem and relational database platforms (SQL Server, PostgreSQL). The successful candidate will combine deep technical credibility with strong program management skills to drive the development of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's technology landscape and identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful delivery. • Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade internal applications. • Providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. • At least 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications on time and within budget. • Strong technical skills in .NET, SQL Server, and relational database platforms (PostgreSQL). • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. • Experience working in an Agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies. • Certification in a relevant area such as ITIL, PMP, or Scrum Master is desirable.
