Job Description Position Summary: Experience range - 12- 18 years Location - Hyderabad (Hybrid mode) As the Manager of Engineering for the Process Runner team, you will lead the transition from on-premises process automation to a full SaaS offering. Your role is crucial in driving innovation, team development, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Spearhead the strategic transition of the Process Runner engineering team from on-premises solutions to a comprehensive SaaS platform; Develop and execute a roadmap for the Process Runner product line; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other products and services; Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the Process Runner team; Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through automation and standardization; Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and initiatives; Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
