The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing engineering team, developing and implementing technical strategies, and collaborating with other stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive business outcomes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and delivery • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for projects and initiatives • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders • Participate in planning and budgeting processes for future projects and initiatives.
