Strong experience of managing Engineering Managers and leading teams of highly skilled software engineers to success Excellent understanding of one or more of the key components in our tech stack (ReactNative/Java/Kafka/Kubernetes/AWS) Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of modern software development Experience building and designing scalable and performant systems, and making significant contributions to the wider engineering goals of the company Experience building new highly performant systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and version control systems (e.g. Git) Experience building and designing scalable and performant systems, and making significant contributions to the wider engineering goals of the company Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
