Senior Engineering Assistant, Process (12 hrs Permanent Shift)

General Summary: Job Scope Provide support to production in device conversion, recipe creation, wafer probing and failure analysis, lot hold disposition, and in-process control executions in his area of responsibility. Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis. Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with cross functional teams to achieve the overall committed targets. Support process improvement projects as required. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support to production team for device conversion, recipe creation, wafer probing and failure analysis, lot hold disposition, and in-process control executions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process flow and high quality output. Identify and resolve real-time problems affecting manufacturing activities. Develop and implement process improvements to achieve high yield, low cost, and high quality. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with process control systems and statistical process control techniques.
