In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing display drivers and related software for Windows-based Snapdragon PCs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality display solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and optimize display drivers and related software for Windows-based Snapdragon PCs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality display solutions that meet the needs of our customers. • Work closely with the Windows Display Team to ensure seamless integration of display drivers with other system components. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to display drivers and software. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for display drivers and software. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of display technology. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement improvements. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, product management, and sales. • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Participate in design reviews and ensure adherence to design standards and best practices. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt and implement improvements. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, product management, and sales. • Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of display technology. • Develop and maintain technical documentation for display drivers and software. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to display drivers and software. • Work closely with the Windows Display Team to ensure seamless integration of display drivers with other system components. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality display solutions that meet the needs of our customers. • Design, develop, and optimize display drivers and related software for Windows-based Snapdragon PCs. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on display technology and/or graphics processing. • Strong understanding of display technologies, including but not limited to: Windows Display Driver Model (WDDM), DirectX, and OpenGL. • Experience with C++ programming language and familiarity with other programming languages such as Python or Java. • Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
