🔌 Together with you, we will bring our telecommunications customers' transmission networks to the next level!

Your Tasks

• The focus of your work is on the independent execution of tasks in transmission technology for the areas of Engineering, Planning, Deployment, and Operations
• This includes planning, monitoring, configuration, and fault-clearing activities on various transmission systems, which will specialize over the course of the projects
• You will be responsible for the planning from HLD, LLD, up to system specifications, thereby ensuring the successful renewal of customer networks and structures
• In collaboration with your team and other stakeholders, you will coordinate and process customer requests and escalations
• Project coordination and documentation of the respective processes are also part of your daily routine
• With your expertise, you will develop innovative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations
• You will strategically use AI-based tools for the analysis of technical data, support in fault diagnosis and documentation, as well as for the development of efficient solutions

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar qualification
• Your expertise includes working with various transmission technologies (e.g., WDM, SDH, Ethernet, Next Generation ASON etc.)
• You have already acquired basic knowledge of the functionality of transmission technology management systems
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the transmission technology environment or related telecommunications technologies (Fiber Optics, FTTH, FTTB, IP)
• Experience with IP (up to IPv6) would also be an advantage
• You have basic knowledge of working with Artificial Intelligence and AI-based tools and use them safely and responsibly in your technical work environment
• You have fluent German and English language skills as well as the willingness to travel throughout Germany
