Senior Engineer (Test Process)

Location: Singapore, SG About our group The Process Engineering team at Seagate Singapore is responsible for developing, sustaining, and improving core backend HDD manufacturing processes. We partner closely with operations, equipment engineering, automation, industrial engineering, and quality teams to ensure high yield, cost efficient, and robust manufacturing performance. Our team drives process capability improvements, statistical analysis, DOE studies, and qualification activities to support the development of new processes and the continuous improvement of existing ones. We also collaborate with other departments such as supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless integration and effective execution of our processes.
