We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Competitive What you’ll be doing Establish IV&V infrastructure and ways of working to support the full V-model lifecycle Set up and deliver left-hand-side V-model processes, ensuring robust design, integration, and configuration Support the development of test cases and test data to validate system performance Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements Develop and maintain documentation for IV&V activities and results What we’re looking for A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, integration, verification & validation Strong understanding of the V-model lifecycle and its application in systems engineering Experience with configuration management tools and processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
