As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and tools that drive business value. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and tools using various programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Developing and executing test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software applications and tools. • Troubleshooting and debugging software issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and testing. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that all code is well-documented, readable, and maintainable. • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of software applications and tools. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software applications and tools. • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and SDETs. • Participating in Agile development methodologies and working closely with product owners to deliver high-quality software products. • Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and testing.
