Senior Engineer – Process Development, Dry Etch NAND

Job / Role Summary Senior Engineer supports advanced NAND dry etch process development by improving process windows, optimizing recipes, and troubleshooting yield/quality issues in collaboration with Process Integration and other module teams. The role requires strong experimental discipline (DOE/SPC), structured problem‑solving, and the ability to translate technology requirements into production‑worthy process improvements. Responsibilities Perform advanced dry etch process development tasks such as: • Developing and optimizing dry etch processes for NAND flash memory devices • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new process technologies into manufacturing lines • Troubleshooting yield/quality issues in dry etch processes using statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) techniques • Translating technology requirements into production-worthy process improvements • Developing and maintaining process documentation, including recipes, procedures, and technical reports. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of experience in dry etch process development or a related field • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials science • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) techniques • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
