Senior Engineer PPC & Buyer

Job Summary The Senior PPC Engineer is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and control of manufacturing activities for oil & gas components. This role ensures optimal utilization of resources, on-time delivery, inventory optimization, and compliance with quality and industry standards such as API, ASME, and ISO. Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints. Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of production activities. Inventory Management Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking. Quality Control Monitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with API, ASME, and ISO requirements. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Certifications: API, ASME, ISO.
