Senior Engineer - Planning (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities: • Preparing detail activity-wise Master Program Schedule for the entire project with MS project/Primavera(P6) software and regularly tracking with base line. • Preparing sequence of activities to be constructed in order to utilize the time effectively for the smoother and faster construction. • Co relate program schedule prepared by subcontractors with Master Program Schedule. • Design and develop formats to monitor progress of work and reporting. • Conducting weekly site visits to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and specifications. • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including but not limited to: project schedules, resource allocation, and status reports. • Collaborating with the project team to identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders as needed. • Conducting regular meetings with the project team to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide solutions.
