Senior Engineer (m/f/d) — On-Site & Full-Time

To strengthen our tech team, we are looking for a Senior Engineer to start immediately. You will be part of a small, experienced team and will take on extensive responsibility for business-critical solutions.

• You develop and operate reliable, maintainable software.
• You take over important projects from problem definition to implementation and ongoing operation.
• You question assumptions, identify risks, and translate business and product requirements into effective, pragmatic technical solutions.
• You work closely with our product team, management, and internal and external stakeholders.
• You support other developers and help to further develop our technical standards and ways of working.

Requirements:

• You communicate excellently in English and can clearly convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You show initiative, think critically, set clear priorities, and drive topics forward independently to completion. You are curious and motivated to acquire missing knowledge on your own.
• You have a solid foundation in software development and practical experience in the development and operation of production systems.
• You can and want to work primarily on-site at our Munich office.

• You have professional German language skills.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, AWS, Docker, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Serverless or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in a small team with broad individual responsibility.
