Senior Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)

• Support the operation and maintenance of ACMV, fire protection, electrical distribution and essential power systems.
• Participate in the planning, coordination and implementation of upgrading and lifecycle replacement projects.
• Support commissioning, testing, handover and takeover activities for new and upgraded facilities.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure operational readiness of systems and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, codes of practice and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, service providers and internal stakeholders on maintenance and project-related matters.
• Support inspections, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services, facilities management, infrastructure or mission-critical environments.
• Experience in ACMV, fire protection, electrical distribution, UPS and essential power systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.
• Experience in contractor management and site supervision.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
