Job description
Preliminary preparation of technical documentation and orders necessary for production process.
Responsibilities:
- Preliminary pre/post calculations (in collaboration with productie and CNC programming department).
- Preliminary preparation of order files for production in ERP system. Follow-up on orders in ERP system.
- Offer new products.
- Coordination, organization, and support for Junior workpreparator and Normal workpreparator.
- Backup for Team leader Workpreparation.
- Maintain permanent contact with clients: meetings, reports, presentations, tel conference.
- Follow-up on projects to ensure desired quality, timely completion, and budget availability.
- Collaboration with internal departments: production, quality, accounting, procurement
