Senior Engineer for Construction Estimates has a strategic and operational role in preparing, optimizing, and supporting technical-financial offers and process of accounting. The person responsible for preparing estimates based on technical documents, estimating realistic costs, building execution budgets, and supporting additional articles to the beneficiary, directly or through delegation.

Requirements and professional profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in offering/construction works civil and installations.
• Advanced knowledge of E-Devizes/Intersoft and MS Excel operation.
• Complete and structured budgeting capacity for works.
• Understanding the complete process from offer to accounting.
• Experience in supporting the company's position to beneficiaries (clarifications, additional articles etc.).
• Capacity for organization, assumption, and collaborative work.
• Bulletin communication, warm, honest, friendly, positive thinking.
• Attention to details, correctness, proactivity.
• Openness to digitalization and integration of modern solutions in the estimation process.
