Senior / Engineer (Electrical Engineer)

Responsibilities The Engineer of BBTC M&E is involved in the operation and maintenance of all power supply installation at Bukit Batok Transmission Centre (BBTC). Ensuring Mediacorp terrestrial transmissions for both FM radio & digital TV meet government & company performance requirements. Key Responsibilities Ability to operate power supply system including the Power Grid power source, diesel generators, all electrical switchboards, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and any associated equipment. Ensure that all transmission systems are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Perform routine maintenance tasks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance. Coordinate with other teams to resolve any technical issues. Provide technical support to other departments as needed. Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs and test results. Key Skills Ability to operate power supply system including the Power Grid power source, diesel generators, all electrical switchboards, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS), and any associated equipment. Strong understanding of transmission systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on all equipment.
