Senior Engineer, DRY ETCH, PD NAND role

Responsibilities Rapid deployment of new NAND process technologies. Drive development efforts prior to device ramp Define and complete effective actions to enable solutions required to hit key achievements. Assist in the development of innovative process solutions that meet customer requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal use. Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Materials Science. 8+ years of experience in process development, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of NAND flash memory technology and its applications. Experience with dry etch processes and equipment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
