Senior Engineer

We need a Senior Engineer (1 Backend, 1 Full-stack) who ships fast, thinks clearly, and fixes real problems. We move fast, trust engineers with no politics, no process theatre; Just building. What You’ll Do ✅ Own features end-to-end (idea → prod) ✅ Write clean, scalable code ✅ Fix performance reliability issues that actually matter ✅ Work with a modern stack: Backend: FastAPI, Pydantic, Postgres, SQLAlchemy (ideally) Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Zustand, Tailwind ✅ Push our architecture to the limit and make it better ✅ Collaborate with other engineers to solve complex problems ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices ✅ Participate in code reviews and help improve the overall quality of the codebase ✅ Be a role model for junior engineers and contribute to their growth and development
