As a Senior Engineer_BESS Solution, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BESS solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role is critical in supporting the company's mission to accelerate the adoption of zero-emission electric vehicles and energy storage systems worldwide. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement BESS solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure successful project execution. • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve BESS solutions and drive innovation. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of BESS solutions. • Strong understanding of battery technologies, energy storage systems, and electric vehicles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
