Senior Engineer - Azure Data Engineering

Lab3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region with a focus on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Modern Apps & Integration, Security, and Network services. We are on the hunt for a Senior Data Engineer with experience in Azure Data Engineering & ideally Fabric for a 3-month contract (extendable). You must be in NZ and have resided here for 5 years to be considered for the role (to enable government security clearance). The role: Manage, support, and maintain large-scale data engineering projects on Azure. This includes designing, developing, testing, and deploying data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using Azure Data Engineering & Fabric. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, data governance, and compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
