Senior Engineer- AMS Design Verification

Summary This position is for a Senior Engineer in the AMS Design Verification Group at Renesas Electronics America. The successful candidate will be responsible for the verification of analog/mixed-signal (AMS) integrated circuits (ICs) using state-of-the-art simulation and verification tools. Responsibilities * Develop verification plans and test benches for AMS ICs. * Perform circuit and system-level simulations. * Analyze simulation results and identify design issues. * Collaborate with design engineers to resolve design issues. * Write technical documentation and reports. * Participate in design reviews. * Mentor junior engineers. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in AMS IC design verification. * Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design. * Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre simulation tools. * Experience with Verilog-AMS and/or SystemVerilog. * Experience with verification methodologies and tools. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
