Senior Engine Fitter

Job description

Responsibilities: Perform fitting, alignment, and assembly of marine engine components such as cylinder heads, liners, pistons, crankcases, turbochargers, and fuel systems. Maintenance on marine engines Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions Act as a team lead for a small team of fitters or junior technicians. Allocate tasks, monitor daily progress, and ensure jobs are completed on schedule. Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and support to less experienced colleagues.
