Their Employment Advisory team is known for offering timely, business-oriented advice across compliance, industrial relations, investigations and dispute resolution. The role As Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading complex workplace matters, providing strategic guidance to clients, and mentoring junior lawyers. Key responsibilities include: • Providing expert legal advice on employment-related matters, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, and workplace investigations; • Developing and implementing effective strategies for clients to manage risk and achieve business objectives; • Collaborating with other teams within the firm to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients; • Mentoring and coaching junior lawyers to develop their skills and expertise. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to have: • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent qualification; • Admitted as a lawyer in Australia; • At least 5 years’ experience in employment law; • Strong understanding of Australian employment laws and regulations; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
