And now we're looking for someone to take it further.

Aufgaben

You are not someone who works behind the scenes. You are the reason why a customer stays with us.

• You win new customers: You recognize interesting tenders/applications, process them from A to Z and convince in pitches before decision-makers.
• You develop employer brands: You conduct interviews, lead workshops, analyze target groups and build EVPs that really work.
• You develop concepts and strategies, which convince customers.
• You steer projects independently from the kick-off phase to campaign completion, including offers, budgets, and invoicing.
• You work closely with our creative and digital team and ensure that excellent results come from good briefings.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Communication Science or a comparable qualification
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in Employer Branding – ideally you've spent a substantial part of that time in an agency or consulting firm
• You have developed EVPs independently and already mastered complex project and decision-making processes
• You develop no theoretical concepts, but strategic guidelines that work in practice
• You can structure thoughts and give stories a spin – in presentations, offers, and pitches
• You work independently, diligently, and keep quality, budgets, and economics in mind
• You take responsibility instead of just doing tasks
• You have negotiation-proof German and very good English skills
