Do you enjoy working in logistics and take initiative easily? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Employee Operations in Beverwijk. You will work on the floor, guide colleagues, and ensure that packages are processed safely and on time.

Where will you be working?

You will work in a 24/7 logistics environment. Together with colleagues, you will ensure that the operation runs smoothly.

• 00:00 - 08:30 hrs (Inbound)

• 07:00 - 15:30 hrs (Day shift)

• 13:00 - 21:30 hrs (Outbound)

What will you be doing?

• Loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages.

• Guiding and supporting colleagues.

• Monitoring quality, safety, and progress.

• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

• Onboarding new colleagues.

• Supporting the Teamleader Operations.

What do we offer you?

• A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

• A position of 38.75 (1 FTE) hours per week.

• A favorable ORT (irregular hours allowance)

  • 30% between 20:00 hrs and 24:00 hrs;

  • 45% between 00:00 hrs and 06:00 hrs;

  • 50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

  • 100% on public holidays;
