WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

for the Team

In Fastweb + Vodafone we are looking for a Senior EMF engineer for the Technology Team

Your objective is to manage EMF issues at a company level within Fastweb's mobile radio department

In a dynamic environment, you can challenge yourself and increase your skills, and collaborate with different internal company departments and public and private entities

As Senior EMF Engineer your activities and responsibilities will be the following:

• Management of EMF compliance for the radio network
• Definition, drafting, updating, and monitoring of company guidelines in the EMF field
• Technical support for the preparation of responses to consultations
• Support on the evolution of radio spectrum usage and analysis of regulatory impacts
• Internal and external technical reference towards public (AGCOM, MIMIT, ISPRA, ARPA, CEI) and private entities on EMF issues
• Technical referent in the security field including Golden Power and NIS2 relevant systems

The main stakeholders will be:

• Public bodies AGCOM, MIMIT, ISPRA, ARPA, CEI and private entities
• Technical references of the Swisscom group
• Internal departments such as Technology, Regulatory, Legal

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in STEM subjects
• Solid knowledge of the main Italian regulations in the EMF field and support in interpreting current EMF legislation and applicable technical standards
• Predisposition for teamwork, both as a member and as a team leader
• Good communication skills, a constant learning and self-development attitude, enthusiastic about working in an international and multicultural environment, with good problem-solving skills and complex project management skills
• Results orientation, flexibility, and attention to the Internal and External Customer
• Good knowledge of office packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Good knowledge of the English language

Salary: From € 39,000 gross/year.

The final economic proposal may be higher than the indicated value and will be defined by evaluating the demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
