Senior Embedded Solution Architect (Automotive) (m/w/x) FREELANCE

About the Role

• A combination of technical excellence and strategic consulting competence
• Leading workshops as well as End-to-End Delivery of architecture and solution concepts
• Experience with Multi-Domain Architectures, Mixed-Criticality Systems, and the integration of ADAS and IVI functions on modern HPC and SoC platforms
• Conducting customer workshops and active accompaniment of the implementation of developed concepts

Tasks

• Conducting and moderating technical customer workshops
• Analyzing and evaluating existing system and software architectures
• Developing target architectures and solution concepts
• Consulting on ADAS, Infotainment, and HPC systems
• Supporting offer processes (RFQs) and technical decisions
• Techincal accompaniment of projects as well as coordination with customers and partners
• Presentation of complex technical content to management and teams

Qualification

• At least 10 years of experience in automotive development

• Experience as Solution Architect / System Architect

• Knowledge in several areas:

• ADAS, Infotainment (IVI), HPC / Domain Controller

• AUTOSAR, QNX, Embedded Linux or Android Automotive

• Hypervisor technologies or Automotive Cybersecurity

• Experience with SoC platforms (e.g. NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Renesas)

• Experience in projects with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers

• Fluent German and English skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Mixed-Criticality Systems
• Knowledge in SOME/IP, DDS, TSN or Automotive Ethernet
• Experience in Functional Safety (ISO 26262) or Security
