Responsibilities:

Rol:

Lead the planning, design, supervision, and control of electrical energy systems for railway projects under your charge, covering high, medium, low voltage, and railway electrification systems (type catenary or other), ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Design, review, and validate railway electrification systems: substations, catenaries, transmission lines, and distribution lines.

Coordinate electrical studies: short-circuit, load flow, selectivity, protection, and coordination of systems.

Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical equipment (transformers, cells, panels, cabling, etc.).

Verify compliance with local and international technical standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, UIC, etc.).

Coordinate technical interfaces with other disciplines (track, signaling, workshops, rolling stock).

E nsure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Manage electrical contractors and suppliers, as well as schedules and deliverables associated.

Document technically the design and execution, and participate in the preparation of reports, memoranda, and plans.
