Your Tasks * Definition of electrical requirements for energy flow, protection, and monitoring components within our battery energy storage and power electronics systems * Derivation of technical requirements from customer specifications, project requirements, risk analyses, and relevant IEC, EN, and VDE standards, considering mechanical, thermal, software, and system integration requirements * Performance of electrical calculations and analyses, including cable and busbar sizing, short-circuit behavior, voltage drop, thermal load, protection coordination, insulation concepts, and fault scenarios * Development and co-design of electrical system architectures for high and low voltage distribution, communication interfaces, protection concepts, fault handling, and system integration * Definition of test and validation requirements, acceptance criteria, and conformity documentation, as well as support for FAT, SAT, certification, and customer release processes * Accompanying customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle, participating in design reviews, FMEAs, risk and hazard analyses, and coordinating electrical tests and commissioning Your Profile * Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Power Electronics, or a comparable field of study * Several years of professional experience in high-voltage systems, industrial energy systems, mechanical engineering, energy storage, power electronics, e-mobility, aerospace, or comparable high-performance applications * Sound knowledge of relevant IEC, EN, and VDE standards (e.g., VDE 0113-1, VDE 0100-410, and VDE 0660-600-1) as well as in-depth expertise in high-voltage design, protection concepts, grounding, insulation monitoring, short-circuit behavior, and thermal design * Experience in defining and evaluating technical requirements, electrical architectures, component specifications, validation plans, and verification evidence * Proven ability to collaborate successfully in interdisciplinary teams from engineering, product development, purchasing, production, and customer project organizations, ideally with experience in battery energy storage systems or grid-connected power electronics systems * Fluent German and English language skills; experience with automation, scripting, or AI-supported tools for optimizing technical workflows is an advantage Our Benefits at CMBlu Energy AG for You: * VSOP Program: With our Virtual Stock Option Program (VSOP), you can participate in the success of CMBlu Energy AG and benefit from our company's growth. * Deutschland-Ticket: We fully cover the Deutschland-Bahn-Ticket, enabling you to travel sustainably and comfortably. * Meaningful Work: Work on the development of our innovative Organic-SolidFlow battery, which makes an important contribution to sustainable energy use and storage. * Remote Work: Depending on the area of responsibility, we offer the possibility of partial remote work if the position allows. * Development Opportunities: We support your personal and professional development through regular training and exciting projects. * Fair Salary: We offer a competitive and fair salary that recognizes your performance. * Our Values: At CMBlu Energy AG, reliability, innovation, and indefatigability are at the core of our collaboration.
