About the role

Join our Perth-based Project Services team delivering major water, electrical, and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager and supported by the E&I Delivery Manager, Piping, Civil & Earthworks Supervisors, and two fellow package engineers (Civil and SMP), you’ll be part of a high-performing package engineering team.

Key responsibilities
  • Support design, procurement, and delivery across current and upcoming projects
  • Initially focused on the procurement for E&I components on a major project
  • This role supports other active projects as needed
  • While the role is primarily office-based, short ad-hoc site visits may be required
  • Assist with tendering, walkdowns, or commissioning support
About you
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in E&I package or project engineering within water, mining, or infrastructure projects
  • Experience delivering EPC/EPCM scopes for clients such as BHP, FMG, or RioTinto
  • Strong technical background across LV/MV power distribution, MCCs, VSDs, PLC/SCADA, and field instrumentation systems
  • Experienced in vendor engagement, procurement, FATs, and technical evaluations
  • Skilled in QA/QC, technical queries, and package documentation management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of AS/NZS standards, hazardous area design, and instrumentation selection is beneficial
