Senior EHS & Quality Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for EHS & Quality at the site including reporting to the site leadership
• Ensuring compliance (laws, internal standards, ISO)
• Fuelling and further development of the QEHS team (~15 people)
• Main point of contact for hazardous materials including audit accompaniment
• Steering audits and continuous improvement
• KPI analysis, measure derivation & strengthening of the safety culture through training and close cooperation with Operations

Qualifikation

• Experience in EHS/QEHS field, ideally in logistics, automotive or production
• Fundamental knowledge in hazardous materials management (practical experience an advantage)
• Experience with audits (accompaniment or implementation)
• Sure handling of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)
• First leadership experience or willingness to take the next step
• Hands-on, pragmatic working style and clear communication in a dynamic environment
• Linguistic skills: German at least C1 level, English at least B2 level
