Senior eCommerce UX/UI & Customer Flow Professional
Job description
- Design with us the digital future of BIPA by further developing the User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) and User Flows in the BIPA Online Shop and App
- You will develop our Design System further and ensure smooth handovers to our development agencies.
- Coordination and reporting of UX/UI projects are part of your responsibility, as well as close cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Analyze KPIs, conduct A/B tests and identify data-based optimization potential.
- The BIPA Newsletter is in your creative hands – from conception to implementation. With a focus on targeted addressing our customers and continuous optimization of conversion rates.
- You conceptualize and design promotional communication materials such as campaign banners, teaser areas and landing pages and ensure targeted addressing of our customers.
- With an eye for trends and innovation, you bring in new tools and features into our digital channels.
