Senior eCommerce Manager*in (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to join our team at HEY HOLY. Our mission is to elevate the health of dogs through nutrition to a new level by developing functional, species-specific dog food with veterinarians and the goal of enabling every dog to live a long, healthy life.

What started as an idea in 2022 has today become a strong-growing DTC subscription model with over 20,000 delivered dogs. Our 20-person team is expected to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – and now is the perfect time to join.

Our online channel is our core – data-driven, performance-oriented, and central to our growth. But reach alone is not enough: only a convincing digital experience converts visitors into real customers.

You come in at this point: you recognize conversion hurdles before others do. You analyze, test, iterate – always with a clear goal: the best shop, the best funnel, the best experience.

Aufgaben

• You take over responsibility for the customer journey from landing page or PDP – recognize friction points before it's our customers' turn, and solve them together with design and devs.
• You find and prioritize data-based optimization opportunities in the entire shop – everything that converts, retains, or boosts ARPU lands on your list (and then in live testing).
• You develop, test, and analyze A/B experiments – whether copy, layout, or flow: You want to know what works – not just believe.
• You have our eCom KPIs at hand – and in sight: Conversion Rate, ARPU, Retention & Co. are for you not only metrics but your playground for real business results.
• You lead our eCom team with structure and ambition, build clear processes, prepare us for scaling – and develop the team long-term further.

Qualifikation

• You have 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally at a D2C brand – and know how to plan growth not just deliver it.
• You're familiar with Shopify like others are with Google Docs – and feel just as comfortable with A/B testing tools, page builders, Clickfunnels, and web analytics (GA4, Hotjar & Co.).
• You bring hands-on mentality and maker spirit – you don't wait around, but take action when you see a problem.
• You have first leadership experience – and can coordinate people not just manage them.
• You have a desire for tempo, responsibility, and ownership – you want to shape, move, improve – not just follow along.
