• Strategic and operational management and further development of our B2B online platform for electricians, solar installers & resellers (UX, shop system functions, payment, system interfaces)
• Management and further development of a sustainable network of installation partners to support our sales concept
• You are responsible for the implementation and evaluation of on-page sales actions and marketing campaigns (affiliate marketing, email marketing) with the aim of maximizing revenue, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Analysis of KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, average order value, returns) and derivation of data-based optimizations
• Close collaboration with product management, key account sales, IT, and logistics
• Monitoring of market and competitor developments and derivation of trends
• You are responsible for the holistic listing, management, and optimization of our product portfolio on marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable apprenticeship/qualification
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in a B2B environment
• In-depth knowledge of common ERP, CMS, and shop systems (e.g., Shopify, Shopware, Magento) as well as marketplaces
• You have an affinity for technologies such as e-mobility or other areas of renewable energy and their product world.
• Experience in KPI analysis and use of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Proficient in using online marketing channels and tools (SEO/GEO, affiliate marketing, SEA)
• In-depth knowledge of common AI tools/LLMs
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• You work independently and have excellent communication skills.
• You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
