Your Tasks

• You build the e-mail marketing for our international markets.
• You take over the strategy planning in collaboration with the content team.
• You implement and test email campaigns.
• You track success using KPIs such as conversion rate, open rate, click rate.
• You conduct target group analyses to continuously optimize our communication strategy.
• You analyze data along the customer journey and create high-performance e-mail cycles.
• You align with the departments of category management, design, content, and performance marketing.
• You increase traffic and revenue for your channel continuously.

Job Requirements

About You

• You have at least 2 years of experience in e-mail marketing & CRM in the B2C field, ideally in e-commerce.
• You are experienced in working with email marketing and analysis tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
• You possess advanced technical knowledge in tracking email marketing campaigns and creating email cycles.
• Your communication skills and analytical-structured work style set you apart.
• Your German and English language skills are very good, additional language skills are an asset.
