Senior E-Commerce Operator (Meta, Google, Klaviyo, KI) | Remote

We have been advising ambitious e-commerce brands since 2022 on profitable scaling. Over 500 accompanied brands, more than 40 million euros managed advertising budget. Now we're building a second pillar: Instead of just advising, we'll take over the operational implementation completely for selected customers. Done-for-you, KI-based, with clear processes.

We're looking for someone who owns and builds more than just customer accounts: You will transfer our consulting knowledge from 500+ projects into KI-based workflows and develop the standards with which we'll work in the next years. What you build won't be locked away, but will become the operating system of the company.

Aufgaben

• Meta- und Google-Ads-Accounts manage: Strategy, Video-Briefings, Static-Generation, Reporting, Scaling
• E-Mail-Marketing set up and drive (Klaviyo, Hello Email etc.)
• Shop- and Landingpage-Optimizations coordinate and implement
• Recurring tasks from customers automate with KI
• Clean project management for each customer, keep an overview without anything slipping through the cracks
• Develop existing customers: recognize what's needed next, propose and sell (Cross- and Upsell)
• Translate our consulting knowledge into KI-workflows, SOPs, and video tutorials. You're building the toolbox with which we'll transition from consulting to implementation.

Qualifikation

• 3-5 years of experience in an e-commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand
• You know from practice what good ads, shops, copy, and landing pages look like and can assess and demand them, not just execute them
• Solid project management: multiple customers parallel, without anything being left behind
• Confident in direct customer contact and with a sense for sales. You recognize what a customer needs next and speak up.
• Structured, independent working style. We don't have micromanagement here, but full trust.
• Genuine interest in and experience with KI: not 'already used ChatGPT', but really enthusiastic about building online marketing anew and better
