You are the organizational talent that keeps the store together? You have a taste for variety, work structured, and are not too shy for any task – whether at the laptop or directly on site? Then we are looking for you as the right-hand man for the team and management.

Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the operation, stability, and further development of the Shopify-Plus shop, including theme, apps, and releases
• End-to-end implementation of requirements (briefing → implementation/control → QA → go-live) with a focus on clean, maintainable solutions
• Building, maintaining, and stabilizing all integrations (e.g., Xentral, Klaviyo, AfterShip) including troubleshooting and long-term fixes
• Technical setup and project management for new markets via Shopify Markets (coordination of copy, design & development)
• Management of freelancers/agencies, backlog & prioritization management, and practical use of AI & automations

Qualification

• Several years of experience in productive e-commerce with Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus
• Technical understanding in HTML/CSS, Liquid & JavaScript
• Experience in collaboration with development teams (internal/external)
• Experience in IT project management
• Experience with apps, APIs, and third-party systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Pleasure in a hybrid role combining implementation and responsibility
• Structured, reliable, things get done and brought to life
• Pragmatic, communicative, remote-capable, and happy to be part of a small team with high self-responsibility
