(Senior) E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d)

As (Senior) E-Commerce Manager, you will translate our campaigns and product launches into high-performance shopping experiences, continuously develop the customer journey, and drive growth and conversion forward sustainably. A central part of your role is the further development and scaling of our shop as part of EU expansion. The technical implementation takes place together with our agency; you steer, prioritize, and make content decisions.

Aufgaben

• Steuerung des Online Shops im Bereich Content & UX: Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung aller shop-relevanten Maßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit Brand, Campaign, CRM inkl. KPI-Tracking.
• Campaign & Launch Umsetzung: Übersetzung von Kampagnen, Promotions und Produktlaunches in performante Shop-Konzepte und konsistente Customer Journeys.
• Content & Experience Management: Entwicklung skalierbarer Content- und Storytelling-Frameworks, strategische Content-Planung sowie Sicherstellung einer markenkonsistenten Customer Experience.
• Conversion & Performance Optimierung: Verantwortung für CRO, Analyse von Nutzer- und Performance-Daten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen und neuen Features.
• Skalierung & Expansion: Mitarbeit an der Priorisierung von Roadmaps und Features sowie perspektivische Umsetzung neuer EU-Shop-Setups auf Shopify Plus.

Qualifikation

The following qualifications you bring:

• Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im E-Commerce
• Tiefes Verständnis für Shopify Plus, for international E-Commerce setups a plus
• Starkes Gespür für Customer Experience, Content und Conversion-Treiber
• Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Agenturen
• Strategisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungsstärke
