Senior E-Commerce Consultant (m/w/d) at ABRIO in Frankfurt works on challenging e-commerce and digital growth projects for leading brands from Direct-to-Consumer, Retail, and Consumer Goods.
You connect E-Commerce Consulting, Shopify, Growth Strategy, and strategic customer consulting: You steer client projects, develop account and growth roadmaps, and translate potential along the customer journey into measurable results – from revenue growth to better conversion rates and sustainable development of digital business models.

E-Commerce & Growth Consulting: You consult clients on e-commerce growth, D2C strategy, conversion optimization, funnel performance, and digital growth levers.
Project Management with Responsibility: You manage client projects independently or together with experienced colleagues – from planning to implementation and control of success.
Strategy to Implementation: You develop growth roadmaps, prioritize measures, and bring them together with our clients and internal teams into implementation.
Performance & Analysis: You identify potential based on relevant KPIs such as revenue development, conversion rate, ROAS, retention, AOV, or customer lifetime value and lead to concrete recommendations for action.
Customer Communication & Development: You are a reliable point of contact for clients, coordinate stakeholders, and bring your experience actively into the development of our consulting approaches.
IT'S A MATCH, SOFERN DU...
You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, consulting, or a comparable function.
You have already managed client projects, e-commerce initiatives, or digital growth measures with responsibility.
You bring a good understanding of growth, conversion rate optimization, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and KPI-driven work.
You enjoy working with clients and stakeholders and can structure complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
You think strategically and operate practically: You develop ideas, prioritize measures, and bring topics forward pragmatically.
You show ownership, reliable communication, and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel topics.
You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
