(Senior) E-Commerce Consultant / Account Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• You advise demanding customers on scaling their business on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Otto, eBay, bol.com, Kaufland, ManoMano, etc.), nationally and internationally, and recognize corresponding potential.
• You analyze market-, brand- and performance-data and develop concepts for sustainable growth. You also work with Google-, Meta- and CTV-specialists together.
• You are the central point of contact for your accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• You coordinate with internal teams (Content, Media, Analytics) the implementation of relevant measures and take over operational implementation.
• You monitor and steer KPIs, create analyses, reports, and presentations, and present these to your customers.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in Amazon marketing or on online marketplaces, ideally in an agency or consulting environment or on the manufacturer's side.
• You want to develop professionally further and show a high degree of initiative and engagement.
• Curiosity about new topics and task variety. High innovation speed and frequent changes bring you joy rather than frustration.
• AI is not just a buzzword for you: You love hands-on AI models and agents, using them to elevate digital marketing processes to the next level.
• You are highly motivated to seek out opportunities for your customers, recognize them, and utilize them.
• You think customer-oriented, are reliability and deliver high-quality results even in stressful situations.
• You are communicatively strong and work well with and for people. Enthusiastic customers make you happy. A positive aura and work ethic characterize you.
• Fluent German and English skills characterize you. Knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.
