Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/w/d)

You will work at one of our nationwide locations or remotely.

Tasks

• You lead and are responsible for CRM projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation.
• Conceptualization and configuration of tailored CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the areas of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service or Field Service.
• Steering the project team and external service providers.
• Accompanying projects from A to Z and using the latest technologies to solve technical challenges.
• Key Account Management including identifying potential for further development.
• Active support in developing our CRM strategy and portfolio in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in consulting or project management in IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Fundamental knowledge and practical experience in the areas of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service or Field Service.
• A strong analytical thinking ability and an independent working style that allows you to lead projects with enthusiasm and responsibility.
• Motivation to work on exciting customer projects with modern technologies and avoid routine.
• Team spirit, communication skills, and service orientation.
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
