Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant (m/f/d)

You will work at one of our locations throughout Germany or remotely.

Responsibilities

• You will lead and be responsible for CRM projects from requirements analysis to successful implementation
• Concept and configuration of tailor-made CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in the areas of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
• Management of the project team and external service providers
• Accompanying projects from A to Z and using the latest technologies to solve technical challenges
• Key account management including identification of development potentials
• Active support in the further development of our CRM strategy and portfolio in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in consulting or project management in the field of IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Sound knowledge and practical experience in the areas of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service
• Strong analytical skills as well as a solution-oriented, independent working style that allows you to lead projects with enthusiasm and responsibility
• Motivation to work on exciting customer projects with modern technologies and to avoid routine
• Team spirit, communication skills, and service orientation
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
