Senior d.velop SAP / ERV / Salesforce Consultant (Freelance)

For long-term customer projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior d.velop Consultant with a focus on incoming invoice processing, SAP integration, and document-based business processes.

Additional practical experience with the integration of d.velop documents and Salesforce is particularly relevant.

We are not looking for a candidate who only knows SAP, Salesforce, and DMS independently of each other. Experience with cross-system business processes, document flows, and interface architectures, as well as the ability to advise customers technically and operationally, is crucial.

Tasks

• Analysis and conception of incoming invoice and Purchase-to-Pay processes
• Integration of invoice receipt, d.velop, and SAP FI/MM
• Setup and customizing of checking, accounting, and approval workflows
• Implementation of archiving and document access solutions in SAP
• Conception of interfaces, roles, and authorizations
• Integration of d.velop documents with Salesforce
• Support of testing, rollout, go-live, and productive deployment
• Operational and technical consulting for customers and conducting workshops

Qualifications

• Several years of practical d.velop project experience
• Experience with d.velop-based incoming invoice processing, ideally d.velop invoices for SAP
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/MM as well as experience with SAP ERP and/or S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP ArchiveLink and/or KPro
• Experience with invoice recognition, classification, checking and approval workflows, as well as XRechnung/ZUGFeRD
• Practical experience with cross-system d.velop/SAP integrations and document flows
• Demonstrable consulting experience with direct customer contact, workshops, process analysis, and solution consulting
• German at least C1
• Nice-to-haves:
• Practical experience with d.velop connect for Salesforce or d.velop/Salesforce integration
• Salesforce Lightning, authentication, and authorization concepts
• SAP Fiori, ABAP, CDS, REST APIs, or SAP BTP
• Hybrid d.velop or S/4HANA cloud architectures
